For over 15 years, I've been on the other side of the desk: business owner, restaurateur, trainer, manager, recruiter, and often the person who found solutions when things needed to move forward.

Creating, developing, and managing my own businesses has taught me a simple reality: behind every entrepreneur, there are a multitude of administrative tasks, quick decisions to make, and a constant need for organization.
