My vision is to create modern passive and active recruiting that meets today's demands.

With over 10 years of experience in headhunting and internal recruiting, I combine the best of both worlds:
From creating job advertisements, direct approach or applicant screening, to hiring manager briefings and conducting initial interviews, as well as pipeline management and salary negotiations, I bring a lot of expertise in the entire End2End recruiting process.
