A graduate of KEDGE Business School, I entered the world of startups early in my career by co-creating VeryChic (e-commerce tourism) in Barcelona. As a member of the executive committee, I built the commercial strategy and developed the team (recruitment, training, management, and leadership of a multicultural sales force of 20 people). Growing from 5 to 100 employees and from 0 to €100M in revenue in 8 years, we sold the company to the hotel group ACCOR. This allowed me to support all phases of a company's development: from creation to integration into a large group. The variety of human and economic issues we had to address constitutes the richness of my experience. In parallel, I completed coaching training and obtained a double professional certification to dedicate myself today to what is close to my heart: supporting leaders.     I joined founders Nicolas Clair & Hervé Lafont in 2012 when they had just created VeryChic. In 8 years, we built a leading private sales operator, offering our 9 million members exceptional hotel stay deals. By the end of 2019, VeryChic represented: +100 employees, +6000 partner hotels, €92M TTV, +160K reservations. We sold VeryChic to the AccorHotels group in March 2017. As Head of Sales, I was in charge of the P&L for Europe & North America (€40M TTV for the year) and a multicultural team of 17 sales representatives (from Spain, Italy, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, France). My main responsibilities: • Definition of our growth strategy and product mix for each destination, • Estimation of annual and monthly budgets for the department and for each sales representative, monitoring team performance, analyzing opportunities to optimize our sales in each destination, • Management of growth opportunities: - Development of synergies with the AccorHotels group within the framework of the acquisition - Coordination and monitoring of the launch of our new VeryChic Tonight product line - Sales optimization (connectivity with channel managers, implementation of new processes, automation...) • Management of a team of 17 sales representatives: coaching, motivation, problem-solving, conflict management, delegation, team building, communication, career development support, • Close collaboration & communication with other internal departments: continuous improvement of our methods to optimize the work of our sales representatives and our results.
