- Creation and implementation of the Eco-responsible Management Department with the General Means Directorate. Simultaneously, a risk prevention officer for workplace risks, particularly psychosocial risks.

- Department management: Team of 3 technician agents deployed on various missions, project management related to sorting, waste management, and service providers.

- Implementation and creation of waste flow management.

- Management and monitoring of service providers based on new eco-responsible criteria: Coffee and snack dispensers, Laundries, Sorting centers, Waste collection companies...

- Creation and proposals for communication and awareness tools for various users (students, administrative staff, teachers, researchers, etc.).

- Research for new solutions with environmental criteria.

- Liaison with various working groups: creation of events related to environmental and societal responsibility (film screenings, climate fresco, etc.)

Co-facilitation in art therapy during workshops for students. Offering group mediations using visual arts.
