I support companies, entrepreneurs, and brands in developing their digital presence by creating authentic, coherent, and engaging communication. Because every entrepreneur has a unique story, my mission is to reveal what makes them different and transform their journey into a communication strategy.

• As co-founder and co-manager of Le Tendre, I created and developed an establishment whose ambition went beyond catering: to build a living space, a strong brand identity, and a true community.

I conceived and created the entire communication and brand development strategy, placing people, customer experience, and storytelling at the heart of every action. Behind every interaction, every piece of content, and every experience within the restaurant was a desire to create connection, build customer loyalty, and make Le Tendre a recognized and appreciated brand.

My main responsibilities:

- Creation and development of the establishment

- Definition of brand identity and storytelling

- Development of digital communication strategy

- Content creation and social media management

- Business development and customer loyalty

- Operational management and company steering

- Team management and coordination

- Development of an engaged community around the brand

This experience also allowed me to support numerous clients and entrepreneurs in enhancing their own stories. Through our exchanges, I developed an approach based on listening, storytelling, and building authentic connections, which are now at the core of my support.

In parallel, I supported a traders' association in the Old Lille area with their communication, contributing to content creation and the promotion of local businesses to enhance their visibility and attractiveness.
