Committed to environmental and social transition, I offer my expertise in Responsible Purchasing and due diligence/human rights and CSR, as an independent consultant and trainer, to organizations wishing to manage their CSR risks and generate positive impact.

I have evaluated numerous companies, integrated sustainability and human rights considerations into purchasing processes, and implemented due diligence laws within international groups by following action plans.

During the missions I undertake, I aim to combine social justice in supply chains, ecological transition, and the fight against climate change, and I propose a tailor-made approach adapted through collective intelligence.

My systemic vision drives me to go beyond procedural CSR.

While taking into account regulations (due diligence, DDV, CSRD, CS3D, EUDR) and international standards (UNGPs, OECD), I lead my clients towards approaches focused on value sharing that take into account the stakeholders in their supply chain.

I primarily intervene to:

- make your supply chain more sustainable and respectful of workers' rights through due diligence (diagnosis, ESG risk mapping, procedures, audit plans, alert mechanisms, stakeholder engagement, governance/coordination of the approach, indicators)

- train and raise awareness among professionals and students on responsible purchasing, human rights and environmental due diligence, and more virtuous business models (Responsible Purchasing training and facilitator for Climate Fresk and Digital Fresk, B Leader)

- operationally support your CSR (responses to extra-financial questionnaires like Ecovadis, responses to tenders, etc.)
