I combine many years of experience from sales, recruiting, team leadership, and process optimization (HR and Sales) with a clear, practical approach. During this transition phase, I was responsible for the operational preparation of the site closure while ensuring the leadership of the IT team. My focus was on maintaining stable processes, supporting employees, and ensuring the smooth handover of ongoing customer projects – including filling open IT positions with existing clients.
