Since its creation in 2021, the festival has set itself the mission of introducing urban sports in a rural environment, thus contributing to promoting Charolais-Brionnais as a place of cultural and sporting convergence. Thanks to the support of local institutions and about fifty motivated volunteers, Urban Rural Ride has quickly established itself as a major event in Saône-et-Loire, attracting a diverse audience each year, composed of visitors from the region, extreme sports fans, families, and the curious. This success is also made possible thanks to local partners, both private and public, who trust us and support our project.

Our objectives:

In addition to the sporting aspect, U2R is a differentiating and innovative way to address the attractiveness challenges, particularly tourism and economic, of Charolais Brionnais and, by extension, of the Department of Saône-et-Loire and the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté Region.
