1. Creation of a SaaS software for managing sports facilities including 3 different user types: association (admin), volunteers, and local authorities:

- Design & facilitation of a Design Thinking workshop (KJ method, Crazy 8, innovation landscape, butterfly voting, ...)

- Existing and ideal user journeys (+ friction points)

- Wireframes

- 60+ screens prototyped: sports facility catalogs (photos, detailed description, equipment), sports facility usage schedule management, assignment and scheduling of slots for emergency sections, incident management, activity notifications

The Opal community creates spaces to experiment & share by leveraging everyone's uniqueness.

We organize a participatory festival every summer where every Opal member is invited to take part in its organization (before, during, or after) and create the festival of their dreams. ✨

For this 2022 edition, I am the Integration Lead, ensuring that everyone who joins Opal understands the festival's values and operating methods and feels warmly welcomed and integrated into the community.

After some hiccups in the 2021 edition (especially regarding values), I wanted to take charge of the "onboarding" part for festival-goers to resolve these issues of misalignment with the spirit of the festival and the community.

With my team (7 people), we developed a post-festival questionnaire to gather insights, list the various problems that arose, and analyzed why in order to implement profound changes:

- Creation of a "fun and playful" pre-ticketing questionnaire/quiz (reflecting the festival's values and fundamental principles)

- Before the festival, sending the explanatory sheet for the chosen shift by the festival-goer, integration into the bubble, an aperitif to bring together and empower all shift workers

- Redesign of the arrival process on site: welcome by groups with an inspiring speech, presentation & tour of the grounds for newcomers, increase in the number of people at the welcome desk

- Creation of panels explaining the values placed at strategic locations (in the queue for meals, at the bar, in the restrooms, at the info point)

- Activities during the Aper'Opal (organized monthly to explain what Opal is and discuss the progress of preparations) around the values
