Creation of realistic case studies and supervision of projects simulating complex contexts (CI/CD, BI governance). Responsible for the complete project lifecycle, from business scoping to run, in coordination with internal teams and external partners.

Migration of an on-premise Oracle server to Snowflake & DBT

• Impact analysis, audit of existing flows, stakeholder coordination.

• Redesign of data models and implementation of a cloud-native architecture on Snowflake.

• Deployment of transformation pipelines with DBT (Data Build Tool).

• Technical and functional documentation, testing strategy, and adoption support.

Development of a Power BI reporting for Southern Europe

• Design and development of a complex data pipeline with consolidation of heterogeneous sources (SQL Server, Excel, API).

• Implementation of CI/CD workflows for Power BI (datasets, reports, security).

• Automation of report sending with Power BI Report Builder and scheduling via Power BI Service.

Management of BI projects for Sales & Operations teams

• Scoping business needs, prioritizing requests, facilitating workshops.

• Design and delivery of dashboards on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

• Supervision of a mixed BI team (internal + external partners).

• Monitoring delivery using Agile and V-cycle methodologies, depending on the project nature.
