Concurrently, I took the initiative to structure the onboarding of new employees by creating an welcome booklet and clear onboarding procedures: my goal was for every employee to feel integrated from the first minute.

I also managed the flow of temporary workers daily, from contract management to strict invoice verification. Beyond the numbers, I brought structure to areas that lacked it.
