Marion Alfero

I have been assisting companies in non-dilutive financing of their research, innovation, and investment projects for 18 years.

I have developed strong expertise in strategy, writing, and securing financial aid applications (CIR, CII, JEI, Grants, Loans) with funding agencies.

A true partner to my clients, I bring my experience and in-depth knowledge of funders' expectations, such as the tax administration for tax credits like Research Tax Credit and Innovation Tax Credit; or Bpi, ADEME, Regional Councils, and the European Commission for existing financing schemes (BFT, FPI, i-LAB, i-NOV, i-DEMO, INNOV-UP, France 2030 thematic calls for projects, regional financing programs, EIC, etc.).

With an engineering degree from INPT (France), I began my career in biotechnology research (Canada). I then joined the consulting world in 2007 as a consultant specializing in R&D financing, and subsequently moved into operational management roles. I became independent in 2022 to regain a sense of purpose and closeness with my clients and innovation.

Serving start-ups, SMEs, and large international groups, I support my clients over the long term, integrating the organizational, process, and tool dimensions necessary for the successful completion of missions.

Since 2015, I have also leveraged my experience by providing expertise to the European Commission on grant applications for the Horizon Europe program (Blue Growth), or voluntarily for Team for the Planet (TFTP), to identify projects with a high potential impact on greenhouse gas emissions.
