Strategic planning and optimization of on-site B2C and B2B performance to achieve objectives.

Management of partner activations related to the Paris 2024 Olympic Games: showcasing, hospitality, business integration… Strategic analysis of the sports sponsorship market: to create B2B and B2C offers for commercialization for Club France in Paris in 2024. Creation of the Business Plan, definition of KPIs and sales strategy. Sales monitoring and management of relationships and after-sales service with Olympic partners. Management and financial management of the French Olympic team's outfitter, coordination of performance wear development for the 28 Olympic sports concerned. Daily management of a team of two people.
