I support medium-sized manufacturing companies in sustainably improving their operational performance. Unlike many traditional consultants, I know the challenges of everyday production from my own responsibility: from managing production areas, optimizing processes and supply chains, to controlling quality, audits, and key figures.

· Introduction and further development of shopfloor management and KPI systems

· Preparation and support for customer, quality, and regulatory audits

· Inventory optimization and reduction of tied-up capital through structured planning and warehousing processes

· Improvement of forecasting and production planning processes to increase delivery capability and planning reliability

· Optimization of supply chain and logistics processes between production, warehousing, purchasing, and customer supply

· Project management support, e.g., for product transfers, plant commissioning, or optimization projects
