Within the Hexaôm Group, I held the position of Project Manager with a strong transversal dimension, in direct contact with the sales, technical, and support teams. My main objective was to support the transformation of internal practices while improving the customer experience.

I managed several projects related to the organization and digitalization of tools, ensuring their successful adoption by the teams. This involved understanding field needs, formalizing clear processes, and implementing simple and effective solutions. I notably contributed to structuring customer feedback management to identify areas for improvement and optimize customer journeys.

In parallel, I supported sales agencies in their daily operations, facilitating communication between different departments and ensuring rigorous follow-up of files. This proximity to the field allowed me to be reactive, pragmatic, and solution-oriented.

A significant part of my role also involved producing documentation and training teams to ensure a good understanding of tools and procedures. I thus developed a pedagogical approach based on simplicity and efficiency.

This experience allowed me to strengthen my skills in organization, coordination, and project management, while developing a global vision of how a company operates.

At Verifimmo, I held the position of Legal Analyst with a strong focus on analysis and file security. My role involved verifying the compliance of operations, identifying risks, and ensuring the reliability of the information processed.

I analyzed complex files, cross-referencing legal, technical, and financial data. This analytical rigor allowed me to detect anomalies, anticipate potential risks, and propose suitable solutions.

In parallel, I contributed to the budgetary management of certain files, ensuring data consistency and adherence to constraints. This dual legal and financial approach gave me a comprehensive and structured view of the issues encountered.

I also participated in the management of technical risks, in liaison with various stakeholders. This required clear communication, the ability to synthesize information, and to take a step back from situations.

This experience allowed me to develop strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and great rigor, while remaining pragmatic in finding solutions.

As a Financial Advisor, I supported my clients in their projects, offering them solutions tailored to their situation and objectives. My role was commercial, technical, and relational.

I developed a prospecting and business development activity, creating and maintaining a B2B client portfolio. This involved a good understanding of needs, the ability to build trust, and regular follow-up of their B2C client files.

I was also responsible for the financial analysis of projects, particularly in terms of financing, taxation, and insurance. This comprehensive approach allowed me to offer consistent and secure solutions.

Risk management was an integral part of my role, with particular attention paid to the soundness of files and their compliance.

I also interacted with various partners (banks, insurers, institutions), requiring negotiation and coordination skills.

This experience allowed me to develop excellent interpersonal skills, financial analysis capabilities, and a results-oriented approach.
