Hello!

I have been a scrum master for 8 years, also acting as a product owner for some of my clients for 5 years. I started my career client-side in the mobile phone sector.

Initially responsible for managing the website, social media, SEO, and emailing within the marketing department, I then joined the IT department as a digital project manager. I led several projects for the creation/redesign of websites/shops on a marketplace. My role was to model the user journey to guide the development of the tool that would best meet the needs, and then to verify once developed that it met expectations.

I then joined the JETPULP agency in Lyon, where I continued my experience as a web project manager, working on both technical and marketing projects (SEO/SEA/emailing in particular). I was involved in needs assessment and functional specification; once the project was launched, I managed the organization and progress monitoring of the team: I was notably responsible for ensuring that the schedule, scope, and budget were met.

I left the agency to go freelance, seeking to diversify my assignments, gain organizational freedom, and achieve a better work-life balance.

I had the opportunity to be a Product Owner for web applications on several assignments during which I facilitated Story Mapping workshops, backlog prioritization with stakeholders, etc.

I am currently working as a Scrum Master within Scrum teams of 3 to 6 people. Today, I aspire to continue supporting IT teams in their learning and practical application of agile methods, with a particular focus on the Scrum framework. Above all, I enjoy the human aspect of the scrum master role, which brings me exciting challenges and discoveries on a daily basis.
