Client and Stakeholder Coordination:

• Direct interface with Paris 2024 and subcontractors on the La Concorde site. Ensure the drafting and updating of methodological and organizational deliverables.

• Relations with Subcontractors on operational matters. Design Phase:

• Plan study needs with the design office and formalize expected deliverables.

• Participate in and lead design meetings with P2024.

• Ensure review of internal/external technical studies and verify/approve the conformity of studies with client needs.

• Compile and update client quantitative elements related to initiated and approved changes.

• Organize coordination meetings with subcontractors to ensure changes are taken into account and deliverables are met. Preparation & Works Phase:

• Define the installation schedule and coordinate interfaces with various stakeholders (internal) and various external parties.

• Verify compliance and progress of works according to the schedule.

• Negotiations and dispute resolution internally and externally. Commissioning / Reception & Inventory:

• Lead the list of site reservations and non-conformities in advance of reception.

• Assist, lead, and formalize reception visits with P2024 and follow up on the resolution of post-reception reservations.

Planning and management of operations related to transport and accommodation at the Toulouse site:

- Organization of transport for teams, officials, World Rugby representatives, and France 2023 Staff (national travel and on-site transfers) according to the appropriate service level.

- Management of the official vehicle fleet, race schedule, and volunteer driver schedule.

- Guarantee of compliance with the specifications for accommodation services for all levels of personnel (delegations, officials, VIPs, staff) in Toulouse, as well as in Perpignan and Montpellier.

- Coordination with the Security Manager and law enforcement to ensure a high level of security during arrivals and departures, and for official escorted transfers on match days.

EVENT PRODUCTION

- PLAYGROUND: Dispatch transport (Rennes site for the Local Organizing Committee of the 2019 Women's Football World Cup / Roland Garros 2022 / 24 Hours of Le Mans 2022) Organization of official on-site transport for teams/players and their families, referees, staff, and VIPs. Management of schedules and fleet management.

- LONG DISTANCE: Management of transport, accommodation, and catering logistics for various events for NIKE (Lebron James Tour, Neymar's Birthday, 2019 Women's World Cup Jersey Launch).

- VOLUNTEERS: Management of transport and accommodation logistics. Work in an international environment for groups ranging from 6 to 250 people. EVENT LOGISTICS, COORDINATION, AND MANAGEMENT (Event coordination, Relations with partners, clients, and service providers, human resources management, budget monitoring, Setup and dismantling of operational sites)
