Maintenance / technical interventions: Installation, troubleshooting, and disinfection of water fountains connected to the network. Communication Manager: Website management, social media engagement, mailing campaigns, creation of visual materials, and modernization of communication channels.

Analysis and management of beneficiary files: gathering necessary information, reviewing supporting documents, verifying and entering information into the system. Providing information to users on current legislation, their rights and obligations. Debt collection.

Relationship-focused tasks: Welcoming French and international students for registration. Answering questions from students/parents and partners by phone/email. Supervising the 'registration' team: Recruitment interviews, managing temporary staff: scheduling, training, assignments, etc. Administrative management: Transmitting student declarations to social security organizations, CROUS, etc. Data entry, creating spreadsheets, and updating student files. Importing student lists after various program juries into the Eclipse software. Financial management: Monitoring individual files and proposing personalized payment plans. Cashing checks, submitting checks to the accounting department, and following up on overdue payments. Participation in the School's Social Committee.
