The eKi’libre project aims to improve the working conditions of the 1800 drivers (bus & tram) of the TBM network, particularly their driving work rhythm (working hours, scheduling, permits, leave, working conditions of "relief" drivers).

Workshop cycles were conducted to co-create tomorrow's work rhythms with drivers, line managers, and the Operations Department. This project resulted in about thirty proposals, most of which will be deployed in the coming years by the Operations Department.
