Consultant for 7 years specializing in supporting companies in transforming their ways of working. I have conducted engagements ranging from a few days to several years for companies in various sectors (banking, construction, luxury, etc.) on diverse topics including:

- Creating and animating communities to generate engagement, foster learning, drive innovation, or promote adoption of a new workspace.

- Supporting managers in adopting new management cultures.

- Co-designing or facilitating the adoption of new workspaces.

- Designing a new learning culture and new training pathways at the international group level, etc.

I am also a trainer and instructional designer: I have delivered various types of workshops, conferences, and training sessions on collaboration, management, innovation in the use of new digital work tools, and on diversity and inclusion topics.

Furthermore, having studied literature, communication, and content creation, I have greatly enjoyed (and still do) developing communication strategies, designing brands, and creating media content myself for internal communication campaigns, particularly on subjects I know well (HR and training). In this context, I have marketed internal support programs (brand, strategy, content), written and recorded educational podcasts, conceptualized display campaigns, written video scripts, and written newsletters.
