With over 10 years of experience in Human Resources in a wide variety of structures (large groups, SMEs, start-ups, associations) and very diverse sectors (audiovisual, aeronautical industry, cosmetics, luxury industry, telecommunications, retail, pastry, foodtech); I created the HR function and numerous HR processes in several high-growth companies.

Since then, I decided to create Alternatives RH with the aim of:

• Supporting leaders and managers in the evolution of their HR policies,

• Encouraging those seeking their rightful place, employees, students, and the curious,

• Defending a conviction: HR is much more than a function: it is a living, essential profession that must constantly evolve to contribute to a fair and responsible environment.

My missions:

• Interim CHRO, Part-time CHRO: creation and structuring of the HR function (strategy, processes, daily management)

• HR Consulting and Project Management: support on various HR issues (Ops and HR Dev)

• Intervention, training, and teaching (courses, workshops, seminars)

• Individual coaching and team support
