• Project Director:

• Overhaul of the FT Tremplin project: Audit of the ecosystem, lobbying political decision-makers, structuring network financing.

• Budget: €15 million

• RUN: Co-design workshops for solutions to field problems, implementation of solutions.

• Performance measurement: Definition and implementation of performance indicators in co-design with regional teams, data collection campaign, structuring and execution of impact reports.

• Animation, coordination, and supervision of 20 groups of technology companies in the regions (Metropolitan and Overseas) and 2 in Paris;

• Structuring a program for valuing companies' ESG actions with investment funds.

• Drafting summary notes for ministerial cabinets (J-N. BARROT, M. FERRARI, C. CHAPPAZ, and formerly B. LE MAIRE's cabinet);

• Head of Unit: participation in the Management Committee, representation of the unit at events, interviews, inter-ministerial meetings, prioritizing cabinet requests, direct management of 3 FTEs.

• Crisis Communication: Managing communication during crises to minimize negative impacts on program schedule disruptions (State budget reduction). Results: FT Tremplin: 79% of launched startups are still active, €15 million budget allocated by the State in 2024. FT Rise: 40 investment funds mobilized, 80 fundraising events across France.

• Co-construction of a fundraising support program: Impact investment funds, institutional players, impact startups, social enterprise incubators.

• Conducting fundraising training.

• Facilitating regional networks to identify companies in the fundraising phase. Results: +30 investment funds -> €1 billion mobilizable in 2021. +300 projects qualified and received by funders. +100 people trained in fundraising.

Donors.

• Development and implementation of a strategy to promote and protect the organization's image with external stakeholders (Ministries, Associations, Companies).

• Awareness and advocacy campaigns to promote the organization's interests within the framework of the AGEC law.

• Regulatory monitoring. Results: Amendment on the prohibition of destroying new essential goods.
