I worked on Lucca's HR SaaS products in a high-growth context from 250 to 800 employees, from 6 to 15 designers.

- Document Generation & Electronic Signature: transitioning from individual sending to mass signing, redesigned journeys to work for both SMEs and large corporations

- Onboarding & Offboarding: product vision, MVP structured to work in batches and evolve rapidly

- HR File: redesign for internationalization

- Transversal intervention & Design System: in the design guild, contribution to guidelines and consistency across the 15 software applications (expense reports, absences, training)

I contributed to designing products that work for SMEs without sacrificing simplicity, and for large companies without limiting their needs.

First Designer on two distinct products: an internal tool for talent managers, a platform for talents.

- Talent Managers Tool: automation of manual tasks, centralization of information to refocus on coaching and matchmaking

- Talent Onboarding & Gamification: redesign of the registration process, increased profile completion rates, fewer drop-offs

- Progressive Application Process: information unlocks step-by-step according to progress in the process

- Design System & Process Design: initial foundations with developers, user-centric approach established from scratch
