BIG BLOOM & LE FRENCH IMPACT:

Big Bloom is an initiative that allows large companies to contribute to societal challenges by mobilizing their employees during solidarity hackathons. It connects employees from large companies with associations.

Big Bloom and Le French Impact joined forces on May 20th and 21st to organize the Grand Hackathon French Impact on equal opportunities: mobilizing over 200 participants from the public, associative, and corporate sectors. 6 initiatives emerged, accelerating youth employment and integration. These initiatives will be incubated within 6 major committed companies: Air Liquide, BNPP, Chanel, L'Oréal, La Poste, and Vinci.

MY ROLE:

For 2 days, I coached a mixed team of 8 people to solve the strategic challenge of the association "Ma Chance Moi Aussi", which offers comprehensive and long-term support to disadvantaged children. By experimenting with the Design Thinking methodology, my team prototyped the winning solution - concrete & ready-to-use - "Dessine ma Chance", which will soon be incubated at Chanel.

An AI DEEP DIVE SEMINAR for BSB students, in 4 main parts:

1. [Ideation & Design Fiction]: create your design fiction scenario, learn to use fiction and creativity as a lever for critical thinking for your AI project

2. [Contextualization & Critical Thinking]: learn to place in context, bring relevance, and develop critical thinking about your AI project

3. [Identification of Ethical Improvements]: discover ethical bias categories, link UNESCO's ethical recommendations to your AI project

4. [Prototyping & Operationalizing Ethical Approaches]: implement an ethical prerequisite for your AI project, create a critical deliverable

> All accompanied by INSPIRING INTERVIEWS, with: Alain Damasio (science fiction writer), Francis Richard (polytechnician), Thierry Magnin (teacher-researcher in ethics and transhumanism), and Flavien Chervet (innovation & future of work expert).

A UX DESIGN SPRINT workshop for high school students, with the aim of:

- discovering methodology and prototyping tools

- learning to design and prototype a mobile application

- sharing their e-portfolio with friends, family, and future schools

- having a good time

MY ROLE as technical support was to:

- ensure the smooth running of the workshop (timing, flow, technical aspects)

- support the coaches in charge of a group of high school students

- assist, support, and give a helping hand/boost to the high school students in case of minor issues.
