Graduated with a Master's degree in Digital Law and New Technologies, I specialize in the protection of personal data (GDPR).

I have consolidated my experience as an outsourced DPO with clients in various sectors (investment funds, higher education institutions, public transport, security companies, international companies specializing in specialty chemicals, etc.).

Working with these clients, I have diversified my skills and expertise in the application and implementation of GDPR:

- GDPR compliance audit: business interviews, data mapping, gap and maturity analysis, establishment and management of compliance action plans;

- GDPR compliance audit of sub-processors;

- Contractualization and drafting of intra- and extra-European GDPR clauses (SCCs, GDPR clauses);

- Website compliance (cookies and other trackers, information notices, etc.);

- Drafting and maintenance of privacy documentation (Data Protection Policy, data retention policy, etc.);

- Project management for compliance and ongoing compliance: drafting and deployment of Security & Privacy by Design processes, deployment of cookie management tools;

- Managing communication with the Supervisory Authority (CNIL): CNIL audits, data breach notification and follow-up;

- Managing DPO mailboxes, handling and tracking data subject rights requests;

Since becoming a freelancer, I have worked with both VSEs and large companies (>13,000 employees and >30 countries).

I have thus developed new experiences:

- Managing multi-regulation privacy compliance (GDPR, PIPL, LGPD, etc.) and a network of DPOs;

- Practicing DPO activities in English;

- Managing a privacy team;
