I help teams and companies bring structure and focus to the way they work.

As a Scrum Master and Agile Coach, I’ve supported remote teams across several countries, worked on complex, large-scale insurance products, and also introduced agile from scratch in companies that didn’t have much structure.

My role is not just to “run ceremonies”. I coach, mentor, and guide teams and leaders through change. I focus on creating an environment where people can collaborate better, take ownership, and continuously improve.

I enjoy stepping into situations where clarity is missing, building the right framework together with the team, and leaving behind a way of working that lasts.
