I assist you legally. As I have not taken the oath, I therefore take on the role of a jurist holding the CAPA. If your support requires a lawyer, I deal directly with a lawyer.

The jurist can only do:

- Drafting legal content

- Drafting contract templates (freelance, service, NDA…), generic T&Cs, template articles of association

- Simplification: simplifying legal documents, creating visual guides, making T&Cs or contracts understandable

- Administrative assistance: help with filling out forms (company creation, formalities), support with procedures, checklists

The jurist cannot do (Lawyer's Monopoly):

- Provide personalized legal advice (“in your situation, you must…”)

- Draft contracts for an independent client

- Provide direct legal advice

- Have an autonomous client relationship with advice
