Supervision and Animation

• Management of a team of 17 SAP functional consultants.

• Capitalize on incident-related information by formalizing responses to resolve problems (Level 2)

• Master and apply IT security standards, procedures, methods, and policies within the scope of intervention

• Identification and assessment of application risks and definition of appropriate action plans to minimize them and optimize solutions

• Implementation and monitoring of indicators for incident tracking and user request processing, consolidating them and performing associated reporting

• Tracking and assignment of tickets according to the defined scope

Communication

• Communication with internal IT stakeholders (Finance Team Meeting, Master Data, User Support)

• Preferred contact person for the IT department within their scope
