My professional journey has been built over nearly twenty-five years, first as an employee in companies, from VSEs to large groups, then as the founder and director of my own structure, Gecko Conseils RH, created in 2019.

There, I held support, managerial, and recruitment consultant roles, which allowed me to develop a keen understanding of on-the-ground realities, human stakes, and the complex decisions that leaders face daily, but also of what the role of a leader can produce: fatigue, continuous pressure, isolation, difficulty in allowing oneself to listen to one's own needs.

Today, I support business leaders, entrepreneurs, and salaried managers through key moments in their journey: engaging decision-making, managerial posture, sensitive human situations, and personal questions related to the role of a leader. My work aims as much for clarity of decisions as for the preservation of the leader's balance and health over time.

My approach is based on a very safe, non-judgmental framework that allows for gaining perspective, seeing more clearly, and working on real situations as they are concretely experienced in the company. I am convinced that "everything starts from within": knowing oneself better, understanding one's functioning and limits better, allows for greater self-respect, more accurate decision-making, and a more aligned radiance, for oneself as well as for others.

With a degree in Human Resources Management and certified by the Haute École de Coaching in executive and management coaching, I ground my support in a profoundly human and authentic approach, rooted in the economic reality of the company, focused on lucidity and responsibility.

Putting people at the heart, without naivety or out-of-touch discourse, is precisely what leads my clients to choose me and to commit long-term.
