After working for over 7 years at Booking.com as a Language Specialist (EN>FR) between October 2012 and February 2021, I decided to go freelance in August 2021.

I mainly translate from English and Spanish into French, my mother tongue, to ensure the excellence of my services. I mainly work in the following areas: marketing, website and mobile application localization, tourism, and press.

I proofread, correct, and improve any text written directly in French or translated from another language. An external perspective is not only useful for spotting potential translation errors, repetitions, and stylistic awkwardness; it is essential in my opinion. It helps to improve the style and to provide a flawless text that perfectly meets its objective and readership.

I have always had a strong taste for writing, and when this task was entrusted to me, I discovered that my writing skills could be useful in a professional context. I am particularly comfortable in the fields of travel and marketing.

My education, professional, and personal experiences allow me to offer excellent quality translations, and to put my rigor, sense of responsibility, and responsiveness at the service of my clients. According to my former colleagues, my translations do not look like translations, and that is the best compliment I can receive. Indeed, the reader should not realize that they are reading a text translated from another language; they should have the impression that it was written directly in the language they are reading, by a native speaker. My style is fluid, natural, and convincing.
