As a research laboratory technician at CEREGE (Center for Research in Management), I play a crucial role in the smooth running of the organization, the deployment of the laboratory's strategy, and facilitating decision-making. My position is a true pivot role, in close contact with management, laboratory members, and external stakeholders. Here is an overview of my responsibilities:

Strategy and Finance

> Design of dashboards and monitoring of expenses, travel orders (OM), and provisional budgets,

> Participation in budget consultations,

> Financial analysis for optimal resource management.

Communication

> Regular updates of the laboratory's website,

> Dissemination of strategic information to teams through various communication channels,

> Creation of graphic materials using the Adobe Suite to promote the laboratory's activities.

Organization of academic events

> Management and coordination of logistics for events organized by the laboratory: conferences, research days, thesis defenses, general assemblies, and meetings of the Research Unit Council,

> Collaboration with various departments to ensure the success of each event.

Management and Coordination

> Support and training of the secretarial team,

> Annual conduct of Individual Professional Interviews (EPI),

> Coordination of secretarial activities to ensure optimal operational efficiency.

Passionate about teamwork and implementing effective solutions to improve researchers' daily lives, I make a direct contribution to the laboratory's success, both through my technical expertise and my project management and communication skills. My versatile profile, combining administrative rigor, analytical skills, and graphic creativity, allows me to meet the multiple challenges of the academic environment.
