As Product Manager for ServiceNow in CBS I was. responsible for global implementations of ServiceNow from A to Y for finance shared services. Owned global ServiceNow product for finance shared services across 200+ legal entities and 50+ ERPs. Owned development backlog, sprint planning, and release testing, led ServiceNow and Excel VBA/Python developers. Drove change management and end-user adoption at enterprise scale.

I was charged with improving the Order to Cash processes. This included reviewing, prioritizing and implementing incoming process improvement ideas that related to ERPs, automation and standardization. As ServiceNow product manager for the CBS finance hubs I designed workflows in the tool to accommodate globalfinance processes and access provisioning.
