With FSDC & ASSOCIÉS, an architecture and engineering firm, as a DPLG Architect and Project Manager and Contract Manager, I was responsible for the modified building permit and the DET and OPC phases for the CONSTRUCTION OF THE ROOF, THE HALL, THE CHANGING ROOMS, TICKET OFFICES, AND STANDS OF THE RAYMOND POULIDOR OLYMPIC TRACK, BONNAC-LA-COTE (LIMOGES), following the directives of the MOP law, with the public contracting authority, namely the State and Limoges Métropole.

In collaboration with Househam Henderson Architects (HYPHEN), an international architecture firm with offices in Paris, London, Berlin, Madrid, and Milan, I was the Project Manager for the PRIMARK brand in France. My primary responsibilities included the ESQ, AVP (APS-APD – DPC) and PRO phases, as well as assisting with meetings between the Client and the Landlord (in English and French) to define the specific technical characteristics of the shell to be built and negotiate the lease to be signed. I managed the project for the Extension of the Auchan Shopping Center in Bordeaux-le-Lac for the construction of the new Primark shell, with Primark LTD as the contracting authority and Immochan as the developer, covering a floor area of 9,000 m2 for a total construction cost of €13,500,000.00.

In collaboration with Househam Henderson Architects (HYPHEN), an international architecture firm, I worked as Project Manager for the PRIMARK brand in France. I was responsible for the ESQ, AVP (APS-APD – DPC), and PRO phases, as well as meetings between the Client and the Landlord (in English and French) to define the specific technical characteristics of the shell to be built and negotiate the lease. I managed the project for the Extension of the Auchan Shopping Center in Plaisir with the SOCIETE DE PHALSBOURG for the construction of the new Primark shell, covering a floor area of 10,000 m2 for a total construction cost of €15,500,000.00.
