For 10 years, I have been building quality systems where none existed before or where existing ones were failing.

I started at Cognizant, where I managed the quality of complex client projects in high-pressure environments and learned to coordinate between technical and business teams.

Then I joined startups where no one had time to think about quality, but everyone needed it. At Pollen, I built the QA framework from scratch for an AI metrology software, moving from a few scattered tests to a documented framework covering production, R&D, and algorithmic validation.

At LEDR, I structured the quality processes for three engineering teams working on AI/ML pipelines, while leading ISO 27001 certification and managing the compliance questionnaires (TPRM) sent by our international clients, ensuring we were compliant and capable of meeting their requirements.

What I enjoy is bridging the gap between product, dev, and ops so that quality becomes an accelerator, not a bottleneck. I have worked in Agile and Waterfall, with teams ranging from 5 to 70 people, fully remote or in person, between France, the US, and Singapore. I speak French, English, and German, and I know how to navigate multicultural and multi-timezone environments without losing anything in translation.
