About Marie

For 10 years, I have been building quality systems where none existed or where existing ones were no longer viable.
I started at Cognizant, where I managed the quality of complex client projects in high-pressure environments and learned to coordinate between technical and business teams.

Then I joined startups where no one had time to think about quality, but everyone needed it. At Pollen, I built the QA framework from scratch for an AI metrology software, evolving from a few scattered tests to a documented framework covering production, R&D, and algorithmic validation.
At LEDR, I structured the quality processes for three engineering teams working on AI/ML pipelines, while leading the ISO 27001 certification and managing the compliance questionnaires (TPRM) sent by our international clients, ensuring we were compliant and capable of meeting their requirements.

What I enjoy is bridging the gap between product, dev, and ops so that quality becomes an accelerator rather than a bottleneck.
