Freelance translator since January 2020, I am available for translation, proofreading/editing, or subtitling (creation and/or translation of subtitles) assignments. I mainly work from English and Italian into French, but I can also proofread your texts written directly in French and English!

My preferred fields are literature and role-playing games, as well as tourism (heritage, gastronomy...), social sciences, and new technologies, but I can also work on your communication materials for the public (blog posts, tutorials, brochures, etc.).

For recurring projects, I use translation memories to ensure consistency of translations throughout your communication using SDL Studio 2021 software. For editing, I can intervene by correcting only the erroneous elements or in a more in-depth way (suggesting phrasing, reorganizing information...) to improve the fluidity and readability of the text. For subtitling, I can create and translate subtitles, but I do not handle embedding them in the video (delivery of .srt files).
