Hi, I'm Marie. I help startups and innovation teams build serious design foundations for AI-powered products and workflows, in international environments.

Over the past decade, I've worked with SaaS/AI startups, where I come in at ground zero or inflection points: when a team needs to establish serious design foundations. UX strategy, design system strategy, information and UX architecture, AI workflow integration, brand strategy and visual identity guidelines.

I work at the intersection of product strategy, design and design engineering. I have extensive experience with and work daily with design systems, design engineering, context engineering, and AI-assisted design workflows.

I also coach individuals and teams on integrating AI into their work: one-on-one mentoring, workshops, and building empowering AI workflows for professionals, in a human way.
