With an engineering background, complemented by two Master's degrees in Organizational Development Strategy and Management, and Industrial and Healthcare Systems Engineering and Management, and an atypical career rich with diverse experiences, I support organizations (industrial, administrative, etc.) in transformation projects with high stakes. As a change architect, I possess the skills to embody a vision, share it, and implement it, to unleash energy, and to place teams at the heart of evolution. By nature dynamic, able to adapt and react quickly to sometimes unexpected situations, I have developed throughout my academic and professional journey a high level of listening skills, as well as analytical and synthesis capabilities. Open-minded, curious, and mobile nationally and internationally, I can easily integrate into any social group and maintain good relationships with it. Finally, people are very important in my conception of work. Thus, contributing to human capital development by making human resources the primary key success factor in organizations is my main objective. My daily challenge is to help companies take control of their destiny to secure their viability and profitability with people at the heart of the system.
