Primarily in banking and insurance (+ mutuals), but also through gaming, automotive, and hospitality, I held the position of Service Designer (equivalent to Product Manager in consulting) for 3 years at Accenture Song. From defining the need to monitoring development, we were present at every stage to meet the needs of the end client, the contracting client, and the various stakeholders (marketing, tech...)

My user research work is based on a simple principle: people know what they want, but not always why or how. My role is to create the conditions for this understanding to emerge and transform it into clear strategic recommendations.
