- Registration, training schedule management, and administrative tasks (quotes, agreements, invoices, financial aid applications, reimbursement requests)

- Liaise between trainees, employers, and OPCOs

- Plan training activities

- Database management

- Preparation of files for OPCOs

- Follow-up of public and private funding files (OPCO, CPF, AIF, FNE)

- Contact with various partners and certification bodies

- Organize training: manage legal documents (convocations, attendance sheets, training certificates, evaluation questionnaires)

- Recruiter for trainers

- Creation of customized content

- Follow-up of trainer invoices, external services (accommodation, catering)

- Coordination of ongoing training, including monitoring pedagogical progress and implementing tests and evaluations/certifications related to training content

- Constant contact with trainees and their employers, Pôle Emploi, and job seekers

- Creation of training paths using KAIROS

- Communication about the proposed training catalog

- Participation in obtaining Qualiopi Professional Certification for Peaj

- Participation in the company's accounting and the issuance of BPF for Peaj

- On-site training support for clients on managing a training organization and public funding

- On-site training support for clients on preparing for Qualiopi
