14 years of experience in the health sector have made me understand how much authenticity can be the cornerstone of professional achievement, both individually and collectively. As a manager and then HR Director, my expertise in the complexity of organizations, human relations, and management systems has driven me to maximize my skills in supporting people at work.

As a certified professional coach, I continue this support for healthcare professionals by bringing them this new posture and offer to a more diverse audience what the richness of the hospital environment has transmitted to me as a professional identity through:
