Marie-Laure Bechet

I graduated from ESAG in 1997 and have been working as a freelancer since 2003.

I work in graphic design and illustration.

Whatever the project, medium, technique, or distribution method, I above all love creating graphic and colorful universes, making the eye travel with fantasy and attention to detail.

I focus on a certain poetry, a freshness tinged with humor.

Working with drawing, creating atmospheres, colorful moments, playing with the thick and thin lines of the brush, brightening with color... each collaboration is unique and involves specific work.

I am proficient in both vector and traditional techniques (charcoal, oil, acrylic, gouache, watercolor, pastels, pencils...) or mixed techniques (brushes or oil pastels & graphics tablet), but above all, I bring my ideas to life and develop them with a sketchbook and a pencil in hand!

I work with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, and the Office Suite.

I will listen carefully to your request, your needs, and your objectives to best meet them and thus highlight your company or your products.

My areas of intervention:

. Design of logos, visual identities, collection identities, and graphic lines

. Illustrations for the press, publishing (novel or essay covers, children's section, practical or school books), and communication

. Creation of images/concepts carrying a message, a dynamic supported by strong graphics to promote a product, a book, or a cultural event (Posters, book covers, and other communication materials)

. Packaging design, creation of patterns for wallpaper, textiles, or objects

. Creation of trend boards and color palettes
