For over 20 years, I coordinated large-scale operations in the banking sector (Banco Galicia), including a network of 23 branches and a team of 7 people. I led training and onboarding for new employees during the integration of HSBC into Banco Galicia, personally assisting each person in adapting to new processes and ways of working. My experience includes bank reconciliations, cash control, cash flow, design of management indicators (KPIs), and detection of operational deviations, always with a focus on bringing order to high-transaction-volume structures.

In parallel, recently I've added training and practical experience in digital tools that enhance my work today: Power BI for building dashboards and data analysis, and Artificial Intelligence (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) applied to task automation and daily management. I have also developed and launched my own digital products end-to-end—from idea to sale—which gave me real experience in digital marketing, Meta Ads campaigns, landing pages, and conversion analysis.

This combination—20 years of operational and financial rigor, leadership in team training, and an updated perspective on technology and digital tools—is what I can offer today: not just to organize processes, but to do so by supporting people and with real capacity for adaptation to new ways of working.
