- Research and development of ephemeral and permanent concepts for window displays, decorations, boutique interiors, and event furniture

- Design: Creation of roughs, mood boards, 3D simulations, models, and presentation files. Metric surveys, plans, and technical developments. Material research, prototype development, and final validation.

- Management: Supplier follow-up, scheduling & budget, logistics, and on-site installation• Coordination: Briefing, support, and collaboration with graphic design, merchandising, logistics, purchasing, and visual merchandising teams...

- Responsible for the production of window displays, set designs, and exceptional paper objects, from creation to workshop manufacturing. Clients: LVMH, PUIG, Hermé, Baccarat, Shiseido, Anne-Sophie Pic, Montblanc, Issey Miyake, etc.

- Project Management: Recruitment and team leadership, definition and adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality of execution. Management of purchases, supplies, storage, logistics, delivery. Administrative follow-up and invoicing.

- Creation and fabrication of these decorations and displays.

Shaping, volumizing, and sculpting paper.

- Management of the installation of the decorations in various exceptional locations (Place Vendôme, Opéra Garnier, Hotêl Salomon de Rothschild, Galeries Lafayette, etc.)• Graphic Design: creation of execution files (print, laser & digital cutting, transfers, embossing, marking )
