Hello! I am a multi-talented creative working in the culinary field. In 2009, I became vegan, and it changed everything in my life.

Today, I have become a reference in France for vegan culinary creation and even hold a small record for the number of vegan recipe books published (20 to date, including the bestseller "Vegan" released in 2014 and sold over 80,000 copies).

I have been working as a food photographer for 10 years, and for the past year, I have also been coaching other food photographers. As you can see, I love to create, co-create, and share. Cuisine is the perfect field for this, as it thrives on sharing and knowledge. I am passionate and didn't want to choose, so I enjoy working both in the kitchen and in the photo studio.

I also help brands create vegan products (I launched a range of healthy vegan ice creams with the company Jay & Joy in 2019) or develop recipes using their products.

My motto: anything is possible! 10 years ago, vegan camembert and vegan meringues didn't exist, and if that's possible, then anything is possible :D
