Digital Project Manager for over 15 years, I have worked on the creation of numerous B2B or B2C oriented projects. With experience in different sectors, I have a strong background in managing web or mobile projects. I analyze and seek to identify areas for improvement in the organization of IT teams and stakeholders with the goal of optimizing the various processes that lead to value creation.
For several years, I have particularly developed my skills in Agile methodologies (Scrum or SAFe) as well as in Product Management and Product Ownership. This has sharpened my understanding of IT environments in their entirety and the practices that facilitate value creation: from product management to delivery.
