I then create a tailored nutrition and lifestyle plan adapted to your needs and goals.

I also offer Yoga sessions, in small groups or private classes, designed to improve mental and physical well-being.

I provide workshops on Ayurveda and Yoga, meticulously designed to integrate these ancient practices into daily life. I facilitate these workshops in schools, companies, as well as during wellness retreats and events.
