My name is Marie Glandus, and I help product teams design mobile applications that hook their users from the first use.

My approach: start with a clear business objective (e.g., improve retention, increase completion rate, reduce friction...) and design an experience that can achieve it quickly, with maximum impact from the product launch or a new feature.

I don't produce mockups (I work in tandem with an UI Designer), but I help your team make the right UX decisions from the early stages of the project. Result: useful, well-thought-out features that are consistent with user needs AND your technical constraints.

I mainly intervene on:

- UX scoping for strategic projects

- Simplifying the user experience to improve adoption

- Facilitating Design Sprints or strategic UX workshops

- Supporting your internal designers to help them establish themselves and prove their value

Examples of results obtained:

- Immediate adoption of a health application upon launch

- Target completion rate > 80% for a complex payment process

- Recommended by designers themselves to be called in for reinforcement

My working method:

Daily rate between €800 and €900/day depending on the commitment. Possible bonus based on results.
