Marie Gauchard

An ergonomist by training, I have been applying my knowledge of human functioning to user experience design and service design for over 10 years.

My experience spans the innovation, industry, service, environment, and public policy transformation sectors.

I am passionate about creative problem-solving, adopting a user-centered approach through research (UX Research) and user-centered design (UX design, service design) methods. For several years, I have been training adults and students in these approaches.

I can assist you with all your strategic projects, with a particular appetite for topics related to public service, health, inclusion, the environment, and the circular economy.

To achieve this, you can rely on my systemic vision, my empathy, and my methodological expertise for all your missions concerning:

- Diagnosing existing situations (UX research, audit, user testing, etc.)

- Organizing co-design workshops

- Designing or redesigning products or services adapted to user needs, with particular attention to accessibility and digital sobriety.

In my interventions, I primarily rely on direct contact with the field (interviews, workshops, tests, etc.), but I can also leverage technical expertise in UX/UI, facilitation, ergonomics, and accessibility.
