After an initial experience in functional analysis, 6 years of IT audit and consulting in Paris allowed me to become familiar with IT standards and best practices, as well as to acquire solid skills in project management (PRINCE2 certified) and IT department transformation. Trilingual (FR, ENG, ES), I am adaptable and comfortable in international and complex environments, working with management, IT managers, and experts.

I have supported several IT departments of large groups (e.g., SODEXO, ALSTOM, L'ORÉAL) in:

-> defining their strategy and transformation plan,

-> implementing transformation plans,

-> managing and reporting on projects and programs.

I organize and facilitate seminars and workshops to help my clients to:

-> define their priorities

-> foster transparency, engagement, and collective trust within a group.

My skills also allow me to participate in the production of various deliverables: opportunity and feasibility studies, process definition and optimization, functional specifications, compliance diagnostics, supplier management, data analysis...

Now independent and a professional facilitator for the Digital Fresque, I continue to assist IT departments in their transformation projects and offer specific support for implementing a responsible digital approach, through:

-> awareness-raising activities on the environmental issues of digital technology,

-> a maturity assessment of practices,

-> recommendations and a concrete roadmap for responsible digital,

-> tools for monitoring the efforts made.
