Contributing actively to M&A mandates in real estate development across commercial, healthcare and hospitality assets, by preparing marketing materials, financial modelling, and valuation analyses at early deal stages, also in close coordination with senior team members.

Providing guidance to clients in conducting listing, M&A and restructuring transactions, conducting pre or post-deal analysis, preparing financial information, and performing accounting due diligence as well as IFRS conversion. Main mission to date: helping Younited, leading EU credit provider, become a public listed company by navigating its SPAC merger process formalized on October 7th.

Bookkeeping and auditing, filing monthly and quarterly financial reports, drawing up tax declarations, helping CMLG's legal department, and external invoicing mission for client Aquachiara.
